surprisingly, it was a lot of training this time :) running mostly. unusually a lot of running on the track for obvious reasons. we have trained in the Slovakian mountains, Czech mountains and in Slovenia.

the weather is a bitch

the fact that there are so many stages in a short time period does not bother me as much as the limiting of the number of runners in each stage. as a result of this even some of the best runners will have to "rest" instead of fighting for medals. if we still have to run the qualification, why not increase the number of runners???
