to be in long and middle finals

rocky, medium hilly, many countour details and good visibility, as in Madrid area, also areas semidry as in south east spain

shortebed long competitions, 60-70 mins and middlle distance very technical demanding
OL WM 2003 Preparation
good for our team possibilities, it is tough to train orienteering in Andalucia in Summer, too hot for running in the forest. Preparations in MAdrid and Granada mountains, Soria, and training camp in Switzerland have been good, we will see the effects this week!!
Catch Words Weather
I hope it will be very hot!! as last june, it hurts more other competitors compared to me, so I can get a better result with the same performance, more or less...
