OL WM 2003 Preparation
I have spent the year running for the College Athletic Club, finishing 30th in the Irish Student X County Champs. Due to my study committments I have not been out on terrain as much as I would have liked but I have supplemented it with a lot of road running. Here's hoping it pays off. I have spent the last few weeks armchair orienteering. That's about all folks!
