OL WM 2003 Preparation
Technique: Have lived in Switzerland for June and July in order to train on relevant terrain. Focused on direction and distance estimation techniques. Physical: Hill intervals throughout year, long distance with a lot of climb, and did a summer job in Switzerland working a lot on steep mountain sides.

In Switzerland it is either too hot or too wet for running!
