Parking: Signed from Motorway A1, Exit Winterthur Töss. To competition centre: 2300m, 110m climb
Coach drop-off to competition center: 200m
Competition center to pre-start 1: Transportation from competition center, departures 09:10 to 12:30, every 20 minutes, duration 20 minutes. Walk from drop-off 1000m, 35m climb
Competition center to pre-start 2: 800m, 30m climb
Competition center to pre-start 3: 600m

Arrival using public transportation: To Winterthur main railway station, from there bus line 4 until station Waldheim, every 20 minutes, afterwards walk 2.2km, 110m climb, or with shuttle bus. - Details see 'Public transport to the stages'




Terrain description Type of terrain: Swiss Midland forest, a valley splits the area in two parts with an altitude of 440 to 690m above sea level.
Area structure: Steep slopes with deep valleys around the hills and ditches with detailed contours. Vegetation: Mixed-type foretst from denser undergrowth to almost vegetation-free soil.
Runnability: Everything to find, from very fast to average partially also bad runnability.
Visibility: Average, partially reduced, partially good.
Trails: Some small streets, a lot of trails and some small trails.
Local sightseeing The old town of Winterthur is worth seeing (also for shopping)
