Hi,

Naar je zin geweest of moet er morgen nog op de estafette iets moois gebeuren ?
Nog geen maatje gevonden voor de Yetiloop?
Op Texel ziet het bos er anders uit dan in Drenthe.
Misschien met Marco Smulders ?
Sterk team ! Mogelijk een revanche ?

veel plezier nog.

Bad luck in the qualifications - you'll be back qualifying next time - it gets easier!

Good luck to all of you dudes for the relay, I hope you get this mail in time?
Don't know who's in the men team but I know you'll all do us proud. Believe in yourself Claire and play it somewhere between safe and running with anyone else that's around (unless they're crap!)

Most important of all HAVE FUN!

PS say congratulations to Andreas and Tan for qualifying. I know you'll get this after the short final is over but I'm going to go to bed this time as I have to get up early... Say congratulations for whatever kind of run they have in it!

Hi Chris,
Once again, Well done, have a swiss beer on me!!
Forget about the last one get yourself another. :o)
Ya know we gunna have to knock all those multisporters off at the next rogaine eh?!! Recon that if I can still keep up with you, Keith Murray and Co. don't stand a chance.
Look forward to hearing your jolly laugh again.

Oh yeah, I'm keen to run from Aickens cnr to the Lewis pass rd since having walked it continuous, so the 4th term (a couple of months from now) may be a prime time to have a go at the 10hr mark if you're keen.

Partner in Rogaine crime,

Joe.

P.S. Al has a very flash playboat

Nice one Chris. You are awesome. The best in New Zealand, enjoy it.
The Rock and Pillar EPIC is on the 6th of September and there is $400 up for 1st prize. Give it some thought. I've been doing nothing since you left cause of the knee injury I got from the Heights of Winter Rogaine. May begin running on flat ground next week.

See you then

Hi Robbie

I've just been flipping through the results of the Classic, and I don't see your name appearing...although I see Carsten J near the top of the list.

Knowing that you're a far superior orienteer to Carsten, I guess this must mean that you're saving yourself for the short - go and show them some of that form that you showed in NZ a couple of months ago! Good luck!

Cheers

Congratulations for 45th in the world! Seems like it must have been a mission and you stayed strong, wish I could have been there to yell for you at the spectator controls but I've been cheering your photo on my computer! Now I think it's time for bed.

Pass on congratulations to Chris and Tan as well and have a good rest day ready to do some more spiking in the trickier terrain of the short race!

hi Rob,
followed your progress through the splits of the classic quals. You had a great first third and can only presume you sustained a injury by the way your speed dropped immediatly and stayed that way for the rest of the race.Hope you will be right for the S O AND have a great run.

HI Chris, Go Chris.
Your Mum rang last night full of bubble about her big boy. She is very proud and excited and so are we. Have fun and fly like the wind. The girls were very impressed by your choice of famous swiss person. Even if you do look older you are obviously still the same babysitter who played chasing round the house. Good practice Eh!!

Good luck

Heard the good news that you were super fit and am hoping that you will be able to use it in true HARE style in the remaining races.

i just ran WMOC in 30 degree heat and the most important thing was to have plenty of fluids both before during and after-drinks and showers and cups poured all over the body.

Good Lick! Chief
